For a mid-sized bank in niche market,

developed a tool and training program that captured the expertise of A-level lending officers.
RESULTS: Before the program, there were only four officers adept at quickly and accurately judging business plans in the high-tech sector. After our training, 20 officers were able to apply the tool expertly. Within three months after training, the original four officers had left, but their unique and expert process was retained by the bank.

For the customer service center of a Fortune 100 company,

led the development team of a highly successful six-month program that created and delivered in- house business writing skills workshops. The program was designed, developed and implemented by line staff at minimal external cost.
RESULTS: Before the program, 50 letters per week had to be edited or re-written. One year after the program, the number of poor quality letters had fallen to one per week.

For a major retail bank,

designed and developed a credit certification program.
RESULTS: A formal program requiring 12 weeks off-the-job training was reduced to 8 weeks on-the-job training with improvement in overall efficiency and credit quality.

designed and developed a training program to prepare line service and sales staff for the launch of an expanded internet service.
RESULTS: Before the program, staff had minimal documentation and no training. Following the program, staff had self-study materials that served as how-to guide, reference and training for both existing and new employees in a 24-hour service center.

For a small, high-tech company,

coached a sub-team of business analysts and systems professionals on a design document project that was far behind schedule.
RESULTS: By asking the right questions and focusing on the desired results, the team got back on track in time to meet the overall project deadline.

For a major trade organization,

produced a training video that educated professionals about legal requirements and responsibilities.
RESULTS: The film won both the "Gold Apple Award" from the National Education Film & Video Festival and the "Gold Camera Award" from the U.S. Industrial Film & Video Association. The program reduced cases of litigation against trade professionals.

For a Turkish commercial bank,
