She has filled management, team, and project management roles in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She is the co-developer of SNAPP™ and co-author of three highly-regarded SNAPP™ business books.
Tresa has an MA in Education as well as certification and on-the-job experience in instructional design, project management, computer programming and technology applications. She has graduate credits in business and management from the University of Been-There-Done-That.
Tresa avidly supports volunteerism, regularly donating her time to global and educational charitable organizations that reflect her convictions about community, collaboration and communication. A world traveler who studies geography by walking around, Tresa has business associates and friends on five continents and is working on the other two.
